Reporting to the Head of Crew Development and working closely with the Director of Flight Operations and HR Director, a further Aircrew Manager is required to provide independently support to all Jet2.com Pilots and Cabin Crew. The Aircrew Manager supports the evaluation and development of welfare, communication, career development and process improvement across Flight Operations through Crew interaction and feedback.
This role is key to supporting the ‘through life’ management of Crew; providing support and advice to line managers, feedback on recruitment and retention, as well as oversight on career options and lifestyle. You must be able to demonstrate great interpersonal skills whilst maintaining a balanced approach to individual and Company needs. Establishing strong working relationships through regular base visits is essential. You will be responsible for supporting our Pilot Apprentice scheme, supporting recruitment roadshows and assisting in the development of our communication channels and forums.
The successful candidate will ideally have a proven track record of aviation management and personal development from either a commercial or military flying environment. Preferably you will have experience of managing/delivering collaborative projects to a deadline. You will be enthusiastic, credible and fully embrace the Jet2.com culture.
