Reporting to the Overseas Operations Systems & MI Manager, the Systems Executive will be responsible for the day to day running of the overseas operating system.
In this specialist role, it is essential you provide the highest level of service to internal stakeholders ensuring the systems perform to standard, as they are used to deliver our industry leading customer service. You will own all maintenance issues logged with the Team and see these through to resolution. Attending workshops and research sessions to fully understand the requirements of the end users at all levels of the business is key to the success of this role.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role. You will have experience of working with senior stakeholders and excellent communication skills. People skills are a must as you will be influencing at the highest level across the business, both internally and externally across Europe.
