Reporting to the General Manager - Crew Development and working closely with the Head of Crew Development, Director of Flight Operations and HR Director, an Aircrew Manager is required to provide an additional level of support to all Jet2.com Pilots and Cabin Crew. The Aircrew Manager supports the evaluation and proactive development of welfare, communication, career development and process improvement across Flight Operations through Crew interaction and feedback.
This role is key to supporting the ‘through life’ management of Crew; providing support and advice to line managers, feedback on recruitment and retention, as well as oversight on career options and lifestyle. You must be able to demonstrate great interpersonal skills whilst maintaining a balanced approach to individual and Company needs. You will be expected to establish strong working relationships through regular base visits. You will be also responsible for supporting ourPilot Apprentice scheme, Recruitment and Director Roadshows and assisting in the development of our communication channels and forums.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of aviation management and personal development from either a commercial or military flying environment. Preferably you will have experience of managing/delivering collaborative projects to a deadline. In addition, you should enjoy travelling and working in a team environment. You will be enthusiastic, credible and fully embrace the Jet2.com culture.
