Reporting directly to the General Manager – Pilot Development, and working closely with the Director Flight Operations and HR Director, a further Aircrew Manager is required to support the Pilot workforce through involvement in pastoral care, communications, process improvement and other associated activities.
This role is key to the ‘through life’ management of pilots and the pilot experience within Jet2.com including recruitment and career options, through to the development of the overall pilot package and lifestyle.
You must be able to demonstrate great interpersonal skills whilst maintaining a balanced approach to individual and Company needs. Establishing strong working relationships with our Pilots through regular base visits is essential.
You will be responsible for supporting our Pilot Apprentice scheme and assisting in the development of our Pilot communication channels and forums.
The successful candidate will ideally have a proven track record of managing and developing pilots successfully from either a commercial or military flying environment. You will be enthusiastic, credible and fully embrace the Jet2.com culture.
