Application Process

All of our Pilot applications are completed online through this website. The application process is designed to be quick and easy to follow, with clear instructions at each stage. You can contact us at kenexa@jet2.com if you have any technical difficulty or questions throughout.

Once your application has been received, you can expect the following stages as part of the selection process:

Telephone screen – if your application is to be progressed we will contact you to set up some time to discuss things further over the telephone. This will cover your skills and experience, motivation for applying to join Jet2.com and is also an opportunity for us to let you know further details about the opportunities available.

Online Psychometric assessment – you will be required to complete some assessments based on the position you apply for. These could include work related & situational behaviour, monitoring ability, reaction speed, spatial orientation, complex control and multi tasking. It is essential that these are completed as soon as possible after you are invited to complete them, as they form part of the selection criteria.

Pilot Assessment day – we run a relaxed and welcoming Assessment day (usually in Leeds) and this includes a short presentation about our Company, followed by a Group Exercise and a face-to-face Interview.

Simulator Assessment –  you will complete a Simulator Assessment at one of our Training Centres, either in Bradford or Cheadle ( fleet dependent ). In most cases the Simulator Assessment is held on a separate date to your Interview.

Once this has been completed successfully we will let you know the outcome as soon as possible.
