Application Process

All of our Pilot applications are completed online through this website. The application process is designed to be quick and easy to follow, with clear instructions at each stage. You can contact us at if you have any difficulty or questions throughout.

Once your application has been received, you can expect the following stages as part of the selection process:

Online testing – you will be required to complete three online tests at application stage – Numerical Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning and a Personality Profile. It is essential that these are completed as soon as possible after your application is submitted, as they form part of the selection criteria.

Telephone screen – if your application is to be progressed we will contact you to set up some time to discuss things further over the telephone. This will cover your skills and experience, motivation for applying to join and is also an opportunity for us to let you know further details about the opportunities available.

Pilot Assessment day – we run our Assessment days in Leeds and this includes a short presentation about our Company, followed by a Group Exercise and a face-to-face Interview.

Simulator Assessment – after the Assessment day, if you have been successful, you will complete a Simulator Assessment at our Training Centre in Bradford. In most cases the Simulator Assessment is on the same day as your Interview.

Once this has been completed successfully we will let you know if we would like you on board.
