After another exciting year of growth for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, we now have some great opportunities for Passenger Service Agents to join our Ground Operations Team on a part time Fixed Term contract of 20 hours with the possibility of an increase of up to 40 hours in peak season subject to operational requirements.
Reporting to the Duty Manager, the Passenger Service Agent will responsible for:
Delivering fantastic customer service
Providing a warm and friendly welcome
Supporting our customers throughout their journey in the airport
Providing an efficient check-in & boarding service
Being the welcoming face that meets our customers on arrival
The successful candidates should have:
Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
A positive and flexible approach and a “Happy to help” attitude at all times
A Supportive mindset, always looking to help our customers and your Team
A proven track record in handling customer queries in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work across rotational shifts
Excellent communication skills and be fluent in English and Spanish
