Reporting to the Pilot Recruitment Manager, the Senior Recruiter is responsible for delivering a professional, proactive and continually improving Recruitment service to our growing business. Deputising for the Pilot Recruitment Manager where required and leading and developing a team, this role will focus on Recruitment for technical areas including Pilots, Engineers and Operations. The Senior Recruiter has a lead role in the continued development of a high performing Recruitment Team, delivering an excellent candidate experience and working in partnership with business stakeholders across multiple locations.
The Senior Recruiter will manage and develop a team to ensure a proactive and high-performance culture, providing regular coaching and development. You will proactively design and implement innovative recruiting strategies/campaigns for the Recruitment of Technical campaigns including Pilots, Engineers and Operations across multiple locations. You will ensure we continue to adopt a modern, solutions orientated and effective approach to promoting the Jet2.com brand and Great Deal Friendlier culture for the attraction of high calibre talent in an increasingly competitive market. The Senior Recruiter will continuously review the suitability of recruitment and selection tools, systems and approach, evaluating hiring manager and candidate feedback and industry best practice, to update materials as required. You will also take a lead role in the production of stakeholder reporting and industry benchmarking, providing key information in a clear and useful way. The Senior Recruiter will also lead on key projects as identified through the Recruitment strategy, supporting the ongoing growth of the business.
The successful candidate will have significant Recruitment and leadership experience. You will have delivered a high calibre Recruitment service in a fast-paced business, working as an effective and strategic business partner. The Senior Recruiter will demonstrate a track record of successfully planning and delivering large Recruitment campaigns with demanding timescales, leading a team to achieve and exceed expectations. You will have strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels. Above all, you will understand the importance and impact of delivering a great candidate experience, with the motivation to ensure your Team is just as committed.
