Reporting to the Senior Buyer, the Repairs Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the repair of Jet2.com Engineering parts between our Stores and Reliability Teams, and external suppliers.
You will monitor the progress of repair quotes, assist in expediting units and ensure that all transactions and orders are correctly recorded. The Repairs Coordinator will monitor and resolve invoice discrepancies that arise and liaise with Jet2.com Engineering and external Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) companies to resolve any issues. In addition, you will review and maintain the stock levels at our stores and outstations to meet business demands.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in an engineering purchasing environment and be adept at working as part of a team. You will be flexible, practical and approachable with excellent communication skills and the ability to converse at all levels. This position is a Fixed Term contract until May 2020
