As our new Project Supervisor - Property, you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. In this exciting position, created due to business growth, you’ll work across Jet2.com and Jet2holidays UK and Overseas estate. While using AutoCAD, you'll be involved in a strong pipeline of new and existing property projects, undertaking property inspections, ensuring compliance and assisting in the management of maintenance obligations

What you’ll be doing:
- Using AutoCAD, you’ll be responsible for supporting the effective running and management of an operational commercial estate portfolio.
- You’ll maintain relationships with 3rd party suppliers and work closely with a variety of other areas of the business.
- You’ll work with our Health & Safety team to make sure all statuary compliance requirements are met and managed effectively as well as assist in liaising and managing any property related order requests.
What you’ll have:
- Proven experience in general construction and fit out management, ideally from a trade background.
- Ability to use AutoCAD is essential.
- NVQ Level 5 in Construction Site Management or similar.
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
- Sound knowledge of Building Regulations.
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
- Familiarity with construction/ project management software such as MS Project.
- Due to the travel requirements of the role, a full clean driving licence is required.
