Ground Operations Dispatch Trainer: Malaga Airport

We have a secondment opportunity for a Dispatch Trainer, based at Malaga Airport. Reporting to the Ground Operations Training Supervisor, the Ground Operations Dispatch Trainer will be responsible for providing classroom training, support and coaching to both our dispatch colleagues to ensure they are working and operating in accordance with our safety culture and brand philosophy.

You will identify and analyse individual training and development needs, making recommendations in line with the Leadership Framework. You will be responsible for the delivery of coaching and support for all Dispatch colleagues, ensuring training is tailored to individual requirements. As part of the Training Team, you will be responsible for the design and development of initial and recurrent training to support them to achieve the highest performance standards.

The successful candidate will already be demonstrating Role Model behaviours and will be a proven self starter with extensive experience of training design and delivery on an individual basis and in a class room environment. With extensive Operational experience, you will be a subject matter expert with a thorough knowledge of landside regulatory operating procedures. Previous experience of managing teams is required, ideally within a remote training or an landside operational environment. Previous experience of Project Management would also be beneficial. You will be fluent in Spanish and English.
